Jack Nockowitz

Growing up in a family that founded a well-known architecture firm, I was surrounded by design and development from a young age. This sparked a passion that's driven me to become a seasoned land developer with over 8 years of experience turning underused properties into thriving assets. I love using data to drive smart growth and create vibrant communities that benefit everyone involved.

I have extensive experience navigating the entitlement process and managing development projects, ranging from small subdivisions of 10 homes to larger residential developments of up to 60 homes. Beyond residential work, I’ve successfully facilitated the entitlement and sale of over 1,000 acres for diverse industrial and commercial projects, including shallow bay industrial sites and marina build-outs, ensuring each project aligns with regulatory requirements and development goals
